MANORIAL LORDSHIPS AND MANORIAL TITLES

Robert Smith | Director || of The Manorial Society of Great Britain Ltd & Manorial Auctioneers Ltd

Dear Robert Smith

Email Sent 27 January 2012 17:44 manorial@msgb.co.uk

I am writing to you to ask you to kindly return monies paid for manorial titles Not received
Lordship of Rufford, Nottinghamshire £ 2,825.50 Paid by Bacs 24 May 2010
Lordship of Wellow, Nottinghamshire £ 8,200.00 Paid by Bacs 19 April 2011
Please can you pay the total sum of £ 11,025.50 in to my Bank Account

Lord Sean Thomas Arthur Rafferty, Baron of Ballyanne.

I had written to Robert Smith owner of website www.msgb.co.uk several times to ask for monies to be refunded to me for manorial titles not received
In May 2010 he was selling the Manorial Lordship of Rufford, I paid my deposit of £2825.50 and 22 months later I still have not received any paper work from his solicitor

Additionally I have also paid a deposit of £ 8200.00 on the Manorial Lordship of Wellow only to find that there is about £16,000.00 pound worth of liabilities due to be paid if I became the lord of the Manor of Wellow,
I found this out after i personally carried out 3 months of research,

Robert Smith said to me Mr James Hilton Lord of the Manor of Wellow did not inform me of any liabilities
I asked him did you ask him in writing about liabilities and he said we never ask or enquire about such things.
Buying a title is a bit of a punt, I told Mr Robert Smith that i was shocked by this statement

I have written and emailed him several times and now he refuses to take my calls and he has asked that I do not phone him or write to him and he is refusing to repay my deposit that I have paid to his company

I have also spoken to Mr Mark Gray, Robert Smith Partner and he has informed me that we do not give refunds. i informed Mr Mark Gray that i have not had my documents and his reply was sorry we do not give refunds you will have to take us to court

Because I truly personally believe that Robert Smith | Director || of The Manorial Society of Great Britain Ltd and Manorial Auctioneers Ltd is not a person who you can trust, I wish for every person to know what type of dishonourable person he really is

I urge you to exercise caution when dealing with Robert Smith because i now have to issue a county court summons against his Ltd company

I do not hold much luck in getting my money back because one of his former companies Manorial Research Ltd went bust owing creditors close to nearly a million pounds.

ROBERT SMITH HAS RECEIVED A COUNTY JUDGEMENT FOR SELLING A FAKE TITLE

"In the circumstances, it is hardly surprising that Stephen McPartlin, the aggrieved lord of the non-existent manor of Flushing, was suing Robert Smith ". Judgement was granted to Stephen McPartlin on 9th August 2001, and he was awarded £4,500 against Robert Smith
Public Records can be Published this is called freedom of information

The following was taken from Court records which are in the Public Domain,
People should know what a U.K Judge said about Robert Smith:
His honour Judge Cooke said about Robert Smith

"Robert Smith & his organisation (Manorial Society) are seriously deficient when it comes to what could be called the legal or professional side. Although he undertakes the duties of an auctioneer he is, I think, less than precise as to those duties, both as to how to conduct business and how to deal with the other people's money."

His Honour Judge Cooke also said about Robert Smith:

"(1) His methods of doing business are ill-organised and inefficient
(ii) that he is a careless researcher, near to the point of recklessness
(iii) that he has no proper "feel" for his duties as a handler of other people's money
(iv) I have to say this, that many statements made by him in documents were NOT TRUE or not to be relied on."

His Honour Judge Cooke also said about Robert Smith:

"The research was said by Mr Smith to be that of "unnamed assistants", some of them from American university. Judge Cooke said I am not very satisfied about this. I think it is largely his work, and anyway he put his oath to it and his duty was to check what he swore to.

I make this statement because i know them to be true also this information is available in the public domain.
